Google Chef Ashley Christensen to see a list of her credits. She is one of the select few Triangle’s Chef’s who has been mentioned in Gourmet Magazine. The diner is small, eclectic, with a focus on local, fresh ingredients. The menu has limited selections, changes daily, and is written on a chalk board. The fun part is wandering around, looking at the menu, and meeting fellow diners. Absolutely wonderful but not for the picky eater or someone with a craving for a specific meal.
No reservations. You need to get there early or very late and put your name on the list.
